Add your name to the lawsuit
Enter your full legal name (as it appears on your immigration documents) and contact info. We'll email you the full details and next steps right after you submit.
Want the details first? Here's everything about the fee, the deadline, and how it works.
FLAT FEE TO JOIN
$1,500 per plaintiff. To add household family members, it's a flat $500 extra for all of them, no matter how many. One-time payment, due when you sign your agreement. No payment plans.
DEADLINE TO SIGN
After you submit, you have 15 days to sign, or until July 31, 2026, whichever comes first. All agreements must be signed and paid by July 31. Once the lawsuit is filed, we can't add plaintiffs.
How It Works
1. Add your name and info on this page.
2. Your representation agreement is generated right here, immediately. You don't need to wait for an email to move forward.
3. Review, sign, and pay on this page. Everything must be done by July 31, 2026.
Need to come back later? Return to this page and enter the same information to pull your agreement back up. Submitting again won't create a duplicate. To have us correct something, email info@hackinglawpractice.com.
