Join the Next Multi-Plaintiff Lawsuit Against USCIS

On April 30, 2026, a federal court granted preliminary injunctive relief in our case representing 197 immigrants challenging the USCIS adjudicative hold and significant negative factor policies.

We are preparing to file a new multi-plaintiff lawsuit on behalf of additional immigrants whose applications have been frozen, stalled, or delayed under the same USCIS policy changes or the 39-country restrictions. If your immigration application — including asylum — has been affected, you may qualify to join.

⏰ Submission deadline: Friday, May 8th at 5:00 p.m. CST
